Northern Greece is cold, very cold, at this time of year. Temperatures have been below -20C many times this winter. There is a village in the Kozani area, in the middle of four hills. It is called Tetralofos. Just over a year ago Tetralofos resident, with the support of her husband, Amanda Maguire Deligianni founded a small shelter for a few strays. Now there are over 70 dogs in her care. Assisted by a few dedicated friends they… provide food, shelter, veterinary care, a sterilisation programme, and fund passports and transports for adopted dogs.
